The first tile in place. Need to finish fast since my appliances are in route!
The new sconces look great with finished walls in the dining room.
Applied a coat of Aqua Seal to float the new tile floor.
Down with the cabinets…found some dreadfully old powdered sugar, surprise!

Kitchen Remodel: Day 1
After setting up a temporary kitchen in the garage I started pulling up the old Pergo floor.
One more pass the deck is preserved for it’s first winter!
Using leftover deck lumber to trim out the deck gate.
